How it works:

1:  Order your goods via email or by telephone  to our UK based office.

1a: Parcels 4 Spain will email confirmation of your order.

2: Your goods will be delivered to our UK warehouse or purchased directly by our personal shoppers and delivered to our UK warehouse.

2a: Parcels 4 Spain will email confirmation of receiving your goods in our UK warehouse.

3: Then a lorry collects the parcels from our warehouse and begins the journey to Spain. The lorry delivers the parcels to distribution warehouses in Spain.

3a: Parcels 4 Spain will email you an estimated date of arrival in Spain.

Approx 4 - 5 days after leaving the UK warehouse.

4: The parcel’s are then sorted into different local routes ready for delivery to your home or business.

4a: Parcels 4 Spain will  phone / email  you to confirm the parcel delivery  is in progress. There must be someone at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

International Signed For Packages.
When you require a secure registered delivery for light packages opt for this service. It'll be signed for when it's delivered to you in Spain.

(Parcel delivery is on a UK 2 Spain road service and takes approx 4 - 6
working days from Uk dispatch.)

Important Address / Contact telephone details required for delivery to Spain.

It is important that when you place your order details we receive your full Spanish postal address, and your contact telephone numbers ie landline & mobile numbers. Plus your email address so we can confirm the movements of your parcel to you.

Additional info:  Directions to your address. If you feel it will help the courier driver to find your address quickly and hassle free please email local direction’s and include local landmarks to look out for, for example if you street is close to a Bank, supermarket, bar or restaurant. Maybe the color or style of your property will help the courier when he’s approaching the area. This extra information will help with the delivery of your parcel and will save the courier driver from driving around the local area if your property is difficult to locate etc.

We will not accept any materials and products that may be dangerous or hazardous to handling staff.

To comply with strict regulations we will not carry any substances classified as dangerous in the latest edition of the IATA publication.

Also prohibited are: Shipments with inherent vice; Shipments which by their nature are likely to soil, impair or damage persons, merchandise or equipment; Goods the carriage of which is prohibited by law in the country of origin, transit or destination; Goods which attract excise duty or which require special facilities, safety precautions or permits.

It is the senders responsibility to comply with current government regulations or laws applicable in each country. Not all commodities can be shipped to all countries.
