We are a family based business with a passion for the Spanish weather and lifestyle, our aim is to generate new leads for properties which are for sale and holiday rentals for those fantastic apartments and villa's which are available to rent all year round.

Southern Spain is a holiday destination all year round with a very appealing climate and around 320 days of beautiful clear blue skies and sunshine which makes a visit to southern Spain a pleasure.

While travelling around Spain and visiting clients I see there are many fantastic properties available for sale or holiday lets with private “Se Vende or Se Aquilar“ boards on them, but I feel they're not going to be seen unless potential clients are driving / walking past that particular property.

The market that Spanish Property Services are looking for is the British property purchaser and also holiday maker, I want to raise awareness of the private properties which are available to purchase with all legal paper work in place, plus also the luxury apartments and villa's which are available to rent for winter and summer holidays in the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Costa de Sol.
